The Sanken CMS-9 is a lightweight MS stereo condenser microphone ideal for all studio and field recording applications. It outputs L-R stereo signals, connects directly to a field recorder, and mounts to any standard 19mm diameter handgrip. Two capsules are incorporated into the CMS-9: a mid-mic with a unidirectional cardioid polar pattern, and a coincidentally mounted side-mic with a figure-of-8 pattern.
